Keep Me Going Cereal Review
Hello from Germany! I'm doing a bit of travelling around this week, tomorrow I will be in France so make sure to follow along on Instagram @wonky_lauren
A few weeks ago Freedom Cereals asked me if I wanted to try their new cereal out for review on my blog. Breakfast is probably my favourite meal of the day and honestly I sometimes have it for dinner too! So obviously I wasn't going to pass up the opportunity to review this brand for my blog.

I had a bowl each morning with almond milk and got through a box in a week. At first I was a little apprehensive about the cereal as it's looks rather boring and unappetising. However, I gave it a go and was pleasantly surprised.
I like my cereal to be a little soggy (I know, I know I'm weird) so I leave it to soak in the milk for a little while before eating. It's made from wholegrains, had a nice texture and tasted really yummy. It kind of reminded me of Weetabix so if you like that you'll love this.
The best part about this cereal is that unlike so many other it's actually healthy. It's very low in sugar, salt and GI and will keep you going (as the label suggests) until lunchtime as it's high in fibre. I found it really lived up to its title and I didn't find myself picking at snacks around 11am.
If you love your cereals or need something quick and easy in the mornings that's still low in fat then I would highly recommend this brand. You can buy it at Ocado and it will shortly be coming to Tesco and Sainsburys too.
*Some of these items may have been sent to me for review but all opinions are my own.*
What's your favourite cereal?
Lauren xx
