Denim & Leather

My favourite ever combo, an oldie but a goodie!  These two have been partners in crime forever and it's not hard to see why.  Pairing denim and leather together can create so many different looks for different occasions and I've shown some of my favourites below and links to where you can recreate the looks. My Favourite Looks From Fashion Week

Last month was 'Fashion Month' with showcases and catwalks taking place each week in different locations across London, New York, Paris and Milan.  Although I have been attending London Fashion Week for several years now, this time around I was in California and unfortunately could not attend any shows. However, that did not stop me from catching up once I was back from my trip to check out all the latest trends.  I was also browsing the   Esprit website   and noticed they had some awesome pieces just like the trends seen on the runway last month. Here are some of my favourites that I think are going to be hot this season and where you can copy the looks for less! Floral prints at Gucci.  You can shop the look for less here . Stylist Live, London

On Sunday I got to attend the Stylist Live event in Angel, London.  I've never actually been to one before and didn't know too much about it other than the Stylist magazines they hand out at the stations every week.  In actual fact though it turned out to be one of the best fashion events I've ever attended. There was so much to see and do. There were various talks and catwalk shows going on throughout the day and loads of stalls selling clothes, accessories, makeup and food.  The talks we got to attend were one on skincare by Caroline Hirons, who by the way is absolutely hilarious and well as super knowledgable in the beauty world.  I learnt so much from her and now can't wait to use this as excuse to buy more skincare products! We then attended one of the catwalks showing the 5 different trends of this season; Sportswear, Velvet Goldmine, Intergalactic, Spice World and The Navy Coat.  What I loved about this catwalk was that they gave yo

Los Angeles Travel Guide

What to See and Do One of the first things we did after arriving in LA was head to Santa Monica, hire bikes and cycle around Venice.  This was probably my favourite thing I did the whole time I was here.  It was so nice being able to get around so quickly and see everything we wanted.  Venice was definitely my favourite place in LA and Santa Monica reminded me a lot of Brighton.. but way better haha. After being in the States for a week and packing so much in already, we fancied a nice chilled out beach day so we thought where better to head than Malibu.  There's not loads to do here but it is a lovely beach.  It's great for surfers if that's your thing but I prefer to watch them haha.  It's also pretty cool checking out all the huge beach houses. If there's one thing you must do it's hike the Hollywood hills.. although it's not for the faint hearted and probably best to go when it's not the height of sunshine!  We went for the middle
