How To Keep Your Healthy Lifestyle Going

I know you probably don’t want to think about being healthy right now with Christmas looming so close and the season to overindulge!   But I can bet you will want to think about being healthy in, say, 10 days time so I thought I’d get in there early. I think the hardest thing about having a healthy lifestyle is sticking to it.   All of us can do it, we can eat healthy if we want to and work out but how long does that last?   I am very guilty of not sticking to a healthy lifestyle since I moved back in September!   I kept making excuses and now here I am in December thinking, well what’s the point in trying now?   There’s no need to feel bad about this though and that’s not what this post is about.   I want to try to put out some positive vibes to help motivate and stick to a healthy lifestyle, myself included! The Curious Case of the Dog In The Nightime

On Monday I was again invited by Official London Theatre to see one of their exciting shows.   This time it was The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime.   I had heard of this show before because it had won several awards and I knew it had been turned in a book but I didn’t know much of the story line. From the title is seems like it would be quite a lighthearted show about, well, a dog and it is but it’s so much deeper than that.   It follows the story of a teenage boy living with autism and his take on life.   You get to see the world through his eyes and how different and sometimes scary it must be to live with this condition.   In one sense he is remarkably intelligent but on the other hand he still needs constant supervision from situations he cannot grasp. It's definitely an eye opening show and even features a cute little puppy at the end.   Oh and a pet rat!   I enjoyed this play a lot more than I thought I would.   It’s currently
