But I can bet you will want to think about being healthy in, say, 10 days time so I thought I’d get in there early. I think the hardest thing about having a healthy lifestyle is sticking to it. All of us can do it, we can eat healthy if we want to and work out but how long does that last? I am very guilty of not sticking to a healthy lifestyle since I moved back in September!
