What I Ate Today

Welcome back to the second instalment of 'What I Ate Today'.  If you missed the first one you can see it here.  I'm being a bit naughty today actually but forgive me, I am going through a stressful time at the moment and a girl needs her comfort food.  That's okay isn't it?


BREAKFAST

1 slice of wholemeal toast with peanut butter
1 cup of almond milk

LUNCH

Mac and cheese
1 bottle of Evian water




DINNER

1 slice of wholemeal toast with a poached egg
1 glass of orange squash

SNACKS

Half a bag of plantain chips
A mug of hot chocolate




Mmm maybe I haven't been as bad as I thought.  This is why I like writing it all down and putting it into perspective.  Still need more fruit though!
