Today is not the best day for me to be showing you what I ate but I always want to be real with my readers and show that I'm not always on a strict vegan healthy diet but that we all have cheat days or just days where we perhaps do not eat our best. I'm pretty sick today and really run down with cold and flu so it has been an effort to make anything substantial.
