Recently I got an amazing opportunity to try out some of the juice recipes created by Joe Wicks AKA The Body Coach. They sent me this awesome Philips juicer and all the ingredients I needed to create the juices. I was most excited about this as I love eating healthy but find I don't always have time to cook and I'm also terrible at getting my 5-a-day so this seemed like the perfect solution.
I was given 7 recipes to try, one for each day of the week so I never get bored. The recipes are so quick and easy to make using the juicer, I couldn't believe it. I love making them fresh in the mornings and feel like they really kick start my day.
As well as juice recipes, the Body Coach also has an amazing book called 'Lean in 15' full of healthy meal ideas as well as workouts all only taking 15 minutes! You can order the book here for less than £10! I definitely want to get my hands on this book because it's perfect for people like me that don't have much time in the day to cook or workout.
