MAC Eyeshadow Pigments Review

I have recently really gotten into pigment eyeshadows for nights out.  They give a lot more intense colour for added glam, last ages and come in really pretty shades.  What's not to like!

I thought I would give you the low-down on my top 3.

Frozen White

This pigment is like a pearly white colour with a bluey purple shimmer to it.  It's really pretty to put over other colours to just give them a slight sparkle or can be worn on it's own maybe if you're going for a bold lip and don't want anything too intense on the eyes. You could also use it as a highlight as it's the perfect colour for that.

Old Gold

This is just a great colour to have because gold eyeshadows will go with any look and compliment any eye colour.  This one is like a frosty gold and works well with a bronzed smokey eye which I love to do, especially with a dark lip colour.

Blue Brown

Lastly this is this gorgeous brown colour with a bluey green shimmer.  Brown eyeshadow is probably my favourite colour eyeshadow to wear so I just had to have this pigment.  It's quite intense and you can make it even more intense by spraying your brush with Fix + first to really bring out the colour.  It's great for doing a heavy smokey eye and a teaming with a nude lip.
